The Story
Agent Jivaro was born from frustration with the modern hiring process.
After decades leading technology teams and hiring people, I experienced today's job market firsthand. I discovered that success often depended less on experience and more on endlessly rewriting resumes, researching companies, and tailoring every application to satisfy automated hiring systems.
As AI tools emerged, many promised shortcuts by rewriting careers or even inventing accomplishments. That wasn't the future I wanted to build.
Agent Jivaro was created with a simple philosophy: AI should help people communicate the truth, not change it.
Instead of replacing judgment, Jivaro learns your real experience, understands what each role requires, and helps you create role-aligned applications that remain honest and authentic. Every resume, cover letter, and interview guide is grounded in your actual career.

Lessons Learned
Building Agent Jivaro taught us that successful AI development isn't about better prompts. It's about better process.
We learned that governance, documentation, and clear architecture produce far better results than asking AI to "build everything." Breaking work into small, validated features kept development consistent, reduced errors, and prevented drift.
Most importantly, we discovered that context is AI's greatest dependency. The better the guidance and constraints, the better the outcome.
These lessons became the foundation of AI Orchestrated Development (AOD), a methodology that treats AI as part of a disciplined engineering process rather than a replacement for it.
The biggest lesson: AI doesn't replace software engineering. It amplifies disciplined software engineering.
